Hidden is a design-led coastal retreat offering a new way to stay in St Ives. Combining the privacy and space of private apartments with the service and ease of a boutique hotel, it is set above the Cornish coastline with sea views, spa and concierge.
Part of the Salboy Group, Hidden brings a more considered, design-led approach to short stays, focused on quality, calm and guest experience.
The Role
We are looking for a Room Attendant who takes pride in detail and presentation, helping deliver a calm, seamless and high-quality environment across the property.
This is not a standard hotel role. You will be maintaining design-led apartments and shared spaces to a consistently high standard, ensuring every stay feels effortless from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain apartments to a high, design-led standard

Refresh linens, amenities and presentation with care and consistency

Maintain spa, gym and hot tubs to a clean, welcoming standard

Ensure all shared spaces reflect the quality and calm of the brand

Report maintenance issues promptly
About You

Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

Reliable, organised and consistent

Comfortable working in a guest-facing environment

Previous housekeeping experience preferred
