UX/UI Designer
Bharat Digital Limited is looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to create clear, accessible and effective digital experiences for websites, web applications and client products. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our London office.
Salary: £43,800–£45,000 per year
Location: London E12 6BT (in person)
What you will do
- Turn business and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished interface designs.
- Plan and support user research, usability testing and design validation.
- Create responsive designs for desktop and mobile using Figma.
- Build and maintain reusable components, design systems and clear developer hand-off documentation.
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders throughout discovery, delivery and iteration.
- Review implemented interfaces for visual accuracy, accessibility and usability.
- Present design decisions clearly and respond constructively to feedback.
What we are looking for
- A strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX/UI work and your design reasoning.
- Professional experience designing responsive websites, web applications or digital products.
- Strong Figma skills, including components, variants, auto layout and prototyping.
- Good understanding of interaction design, information architecture, typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility principles and inclusive design.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Understanding of HTML and CSS is useful, but this is primarily a design role.
