We are a growing Supported Living Service dedicated to helping adults with mental health conditions and/or learning disabilities live meaningful, fulfilling, and increasingly independent lives.
Across our six supported living homes, each supporting 5–6 individuals, our team works closely with the people we support to develop life skills, build confidence, and maintain independence within their own homes and communities.
We are currently looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our friendly and dedicated team.

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will be lone working, provide person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and abilities. You will help people develop practical life skills, build independence, and enjoy a meaningful daily life.
This may include supporting individuals with:
- Daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
- Accessing the community, hobbies, and social activities
- Managing appointments and routines
- Emotional support and encouragement
- Building independence and confidence
Every day is different, and you will play a key role in helping people live the life they choose.
Please note: We do not provide personal care.
Shift Patterns
Our service operates on a rota basis to provide consistent support.
- Morning Shift: 08:00 – 14:00
- Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 22:00
- 1:1 Support Shifts: Variable depending on individual needs
Staff are required to work a mix of shifts as well as alternate weekends to meet the needs of the service.
