The White House is a family-run Restaurant, Hotel and SPA, located in Rhuallt, North Wales. We pride ourselves on our homemade dishes, customer service standards and our modern clean ambiance.
We are looking for an experienced front of house staff member who is passionate about working in a busy restaurant and bar. The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including; running sections of the restaurant & being able to work confidentially behind the bar.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the restaurant & Bar area is clean and ready for service at all times
- Using the res diary system / Caterbook System
- Attending any training as and when required
- Ensuring any promotional material is up to date that is on display
- Taking the initiative as and when required.
- Informing the kitchen of any special occasions e.g. birthday plates
- Delivering exceptional customer service
Previous experience within a similar role is essential. This role includes working evenings and weekends. The rate is negotiable depending on experience.
