Join our dynamic team as a Cleaning Supervisor and lead our dedicated cleaning crew to maintain spotless, safe, and welcoming environments. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure high standards of hygiene are met, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service. Your leadership will be vital in creating a clean and healthy space for staff, visitors, and clients alike.
The position is at Tweeddale Primary school, Monday to Friday, 2.5h from 3:30pm.
42 weeks contract, salary starts £13.50 per hour.
DBS check for successful candidate.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple areas to ensure top-quality standards are achieved.
- Monitor cleaning procedures to guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to verify cleanliness, safety, and proper use of equipment.
- Provide training and guidance to new staff members on cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to address any concerns or special requests promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, supplies inventory, and incident reports.
- Part of your responsibilities will be also to complete daily cleaning.
- Lock up premises.
Pay: From £13.50 per hour
