We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Head Chef to take the lead in our kitchen at The Redmore Inn.
We’re a family-run country pub known for great hospitality, quality food and world-class live entertainment. We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, take pride in their kitchen and become an important part of our growing business.

We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous Head Chef, Kitchen Manager or strong senior chef experience
- Can confidently lead, motivate and develop a kitchen team
- Has a passion for quality food and excellent presentation
- Can consistently deliver dishes to a high standard
- Maintains excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Is confident managing stock, ordering and wastage
- Understands food costs, margins and labour control
- Can organise rotas and ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
- Remains calm and organised during busy services
- Is reliable, hardworking and leads by example
- Is flexible and happy to work evenings and weekends
