New Leaf Catering are a catering and hospitality company established in 2000.
As a medium sized business we operate across 3 sites in Derbyshire, Staffordshire and Warwickshire providing restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours, retail and conferencing facilities.
Our head office is based at Carsington Water Visitor Centre in Derbyshire and we are looking for an experienced Office Administrator. This is a centralised role within the company.
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and adaptable Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative functions across our business.
This is a varied and fast paced role that requires excellent organisational skills, strong IT proficiency and the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst supporting operational and event activities.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across different mediums
- Organisational skills
-IT skills - Use of Microsoft Windows, Excel and knowledge of further IT support systems
-Social media and online marketing - knowledge of Canva or similar design software would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently whilst supporting multiple departments
We are happy to discuss flexibility of hours within this role. Work days will be Monday to Friday.
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
