Project-Based Painter & Decorator

About the Role
John Drury is looking for a reliable and experienced Painter & Decorator to undertake a short-term project across our premises.
The role is ideal for someone with previous decorating experience and general handyman skills who is looking for a short-term boost to their earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Painting and decorating throughout designated areas of the premises
- Preparing surfaces and completing work to a good standard
- Carrying out general handyman tasks where required
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
- Completing the project efficiently and to an agreed standard
Requirements
- Previous experience in painting and decorating
- General handyman experience
- Reliable, practical and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail
- Able to complete work to a professional standard
- Must be available to start in September 2026
All paint, decorating materials and other required materials will be supplied by John Drury.
Project Details
This is a short-term, project-based opportunity, estimated at approximately 120 hours over 3 - 4 weeks.
Pay: £15 per hour, including holiday pay.
This opportunity would suit someone looking for a temporary opportunity to increase their earnings while using their existing decorating and practical skills.
