Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients within the Rope Access sector.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Implementing your specialised knowledge of the Rope Access Industry, to work closely with the Directors, regarding project procurement, client liaison and on-site operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles
- Strong understanding of Rope Access working techniques and related working at height industries
- A proven track record of building lasting client relationships
- Clean Driving License
- Living within a 30 minute drive of Leeds/Bradford
