Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily pharmaceutical operations, service workflows, and internal coordination
- Oversee team performance, reporting, documentation, service quality, and operational planning
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, clients, service partners, and internal departments
- Monitor workflow accuracy, stock-related records, quality documentation, and service updates
- Develop process improvements to strengthen efficiency, reliability, and service delivery
- Support staff development, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Prepare senior-level reports, operational updates, and business recommendations
- Ensure activities follow company procedures, confidentiality expectations, and quality standards
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in pharmaceutical operations, healthcare services, supply chain, quality support, regulated administration, or operations leadership
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with suppliers, healthcare teams, service partners, documentation workflows, or regulated service environments is an advantage

Pay: £66,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
