We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team at Potton Hall. You will play a vital role in ensuring our spa, restaurant, guest rooms, and shared spaces are presented to the highest standards, creating a welcoming and immaculate environment for every guest.
The Role:
As a Cleaner at Potton Hall, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all areas of the property. You will take pride in your work, have excellent attention to detail, and help deliver the outstanding experience that Potton Hall is known for.
What we are looking for:
Previous cleaning experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or commercial environments desirable
A high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
Reliability, good timekeeping, and the ability to work independently
A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
Professional presentation and respect for guest privacy
Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings
Key Responsibilities:
Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard, including changing linen and replenishing amenities
Maintain cleanliness in spa treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and changing facilities
Keep restaurant, bar, and communal areas clean and tidy
Follow cleaning schedules and checklists consistently
Safely use cleaning products and equipment, following all health & safety procedures
Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
