Job Overview
We are looking for two enthusiastic Lead Football Coaches to join our team on Saturday mornings.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for sports coaching and enjoy educating children in the fundamentals of football within a fun, positive, and inclusive environment.
Mini Soccer Advance was created in 2018 and has quickly become the go-to destination for fun football for children aged 3 to 12. We now coach over 400 children every Saturday morning and operate across four locations in Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole.
This is a leadership role, involving leading sessions and supporting a team of coaches. Previous coaching experience is therefore essential.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions that enhance children’s football skills and confidence, in line with the Mini Soccer Advance values.
- Work collaboratively with our existing team of 20 coaches to ensure each class delivers maximum value and enjoyment for the children.
- Coach children aged 3 to 12 years, adapting your coaching style to suit different age groups and abilities.
- Communicate effectively and appropriately with both children and parents, always maintaining a professional approach.
- Consistently uphold and represent the Mini Soccer Advance values.
- Demonstrate excellent timekeeping, organisation, and energy at every session.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sports coaching
- Ability to educate players on the rules, techniques, and basic tactics of football
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for developing children, both individually and as part of a team
*MUST HAVE VALID ENHANCED DBS OR BE WILLING TO HAVE ONE DONE*
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.00-£17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3.0 – 5.0 per week
