The Graphic Designer will work closely with the development Marketing teams to design and produce various high-quality print and digital marketing materials by laying out and editing text, formatting and inserting graphic elements, coordinating photography/videography and other material while adhering closely to corporate standards. The right candidate will also be able to work closely and liaise with external agencies as necessary.
- Use creativity and flair to design appealing collateral which may include: development brochures, factsheets, emailers, leaflets, signage, web banners and presentations
- Rolling out existing design concepts across print and digital collateral, including brochures, advertising, invitations, direct email, web banners, eDM’s, social media
- Design and editing floorplans for brochure use and internal sign off
- Creating and updating digital advertising artwork (MPU’s/banners)
- Creating and editing fresh content for WeChat, What’s App and other social channels
- Art working materials for print and act as liaison between printers to meet all production needs as and when appropriate
- Proofreading to ensure accurate and high-quality work
- Ensuring brand guidelines are applied consistently across all touch points
- Formatting and creation of internal and external newsletters and presentation documents
- Creating presentation templates to update staff on the progress of the business and development briefing presentations
- Creating email campaigns and other collateral such as flyers to promote developments to databases, as well as current and historic developments and local residents. HTML build experience would be a benefit.
- Creating social media posts for the development and Berkeley Group Instagram accounts as required
- Working collaboratively with Berkeley IT Group IT and digital terms, printers, external design agencies, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, web developers and marketing specialists as required
- Photoshop and film editing capability
- Ability to utilise AI to manipulate images as required
- Creating animated elements for use in our communications: GIFFS etc.

Exceptional skills in Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Digital retouching and image editing
- Confident working across both print and digital media – with a strength in digital
- Strong understanding of digital advertising including designing best-practice digital campaigns
- Strong understanding of design principles and brand continuity across platforms
- Knowledge of the print production process
- Ability to format PowerPoint, PDF and Microsoft Word documents
- Strong understanding and user of CANVA and FOLEON software
- Effective time management, relationship building and organisational skills
