Duties
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of breakfast dishes with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Manage food preparation stations efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your shift.
- Follow established recipes and portion controls to deliver dishes that meet our high standards.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal service, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and communicating needs for ordering supplies.
- Serve breakfast items to guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude, enhancing their overall experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety procedures and food hygiene standards.
- Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar culinary role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques specific to breakfast cuisine, including eggs, pancakes, pastries, and hot breakfast items.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.

Pay: £15.00-£16.50 per hour
