Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and serving in a lively environment. All positions are paid, including internships, and prior experience is not mandatory as training will be provided.
Duties
- Serve drinks and beverages efficiently and courteously to customers at the bar
- Take orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping surfaces, washing glasses, and restocking supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system
- Assist in setting up and dismantling bar areas for events or closing shifts
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly manner
- Manage multiple tasks effectively during busy periods through good time management skills
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to serve confidently and efficiently under pressure during busy hours
- Good time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- A personable attitude with a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or shifts as required

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
