The Redan Inn is a lovely country inn based in the village of Chilcompton, just outside of Radstock. Recently renovated, we offer fantastic and lovely country food, with a bustling bar and renowned service standards.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and passionate Head Chef for our growing kitchen operation. The right candidate will have, or aspire to, with valuable experience and will have the ambition to grow and develop there own tight-knit kitchen team onto higher accolades and a further progression.
