We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic baker with experience (whether commercially or from home baking). As a friendly, family-run company, we make sure to look after all our team, and offer great opportunities to learn new skills and progress within the company, through a structured training program. About the role
- Shift is from approx 6am to 2-3-4 pm (depend on the day subject to change)
- Advantage experience in baking sponges/cupcakes/cakes
- Advantage will also be able to mix scones, cookies & bread
- Great detail of process and can manage the section alone during the busy times.
- Maintain stock level of their own section and coordinates well with other sections.
- Approachable and always happy to learn new products
Ideally, you’ll have
- Experience in baking
- Good communication skills, along with an ability to work well in a team of people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is sometimes very busy
You will need to have and present the correct right to work documents for working in the UK to be employed.

Lola’s Cupcakes has been going since 2006. It was founded by 2 ladies, who were focussed on the quality & attention to detail of their delicious cakes. The truth is they were not bakers, decorators, or indeed culinary experts at all, they learnt much of this as each order started to land on their doorstep, and the rest is history…. Fast forward 5 years, the company was taken over by a family, who are still looking after the girl’s initial vision, of making delicious cakes for every celebration.
