Housekeeping Team Member
MUST be available for weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
Flexibility with availability is ESSENTIAL.
Housekeeping Team Member duties include:
Respect and follow the Standard Operating Procedures
Implement corrective actions
Organize linen & cleaning products
Refill housekeeping trolley / basket
Ensure guest safety
Ensure correct use and storage of cleaning chemicals Participate in deep cleaning - Execute the deep cleaning plan. Clean in-door / out-door public areas
Prepare room for guests' arrival
Clean the room. Control room defects.
Deal with guests 'requests / guests' comments
Log and report all lost property found in rooms after guest departures
Basic knowledge of hospitality
One-year experience in hospitality
Ability to understand and follow guidelines
Knowledge of health & safety procedures
Basic housekeeping technical skills
Working in a team
Hard worker & committed to work
Sense of organisation
Positive attitude
Sense for detail
Good personal appearance and hygiene
Punctual
