Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrator to join our team part time 3 days per week 9am-5pm (Wed. Thurs, Fri) and provide essential support in managing daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office tasks, data entry, and possess strong organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency
- Utilise Google Suite for various administrative tasks
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Computerise administrative processes to improve efficiency
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
