Deputy Manager – Short Breaks & Respite (Learning Disabilities & Autism)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support the leadership of our planned short breaks and respite service for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, lead staff, ensure high‑quality person‑centred care, and support compliance with CQC standards across two sites Re-Create Liberty five bedroom bungalow in Kesgrave and Re-Create Freedom a three bedroom first floor flat in Felixstowe.
You will have strong leadership skills,
experience in regulated social care, and the ability to manage staff
performance and service quality. This role includes on‑call responsibilities
and hands‑on support when required.

Pay: £29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
