About Us:
We are a dedicated health and social care organization committed to delivering high-quality support to our clients. We are looking for a friendly, organized, Proactive and reliable Part-Time Office Administrator to help keep our office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle general office administration, including data entry, and document preparation.
· Answer phones, managing emails, and assist with internal and external communications.
· Manage all aspects of recruitment administration, including:
o Ensuring compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements
o Managing recruitment platforms and liaising with candidates
o On boarding and overall organization of new candidates
· Maintain accurate records while adhering to confidentiality and data protection standards.
· Managing stock control and office supplies
· Assist management with reports, correspondence, and office organization.
Requirements:
· Business Administrator Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
· Minimum of 3 years on-the-job experience in administration; equivalent experience will be considered.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) overall IT proficient.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Understanding of confidentiality and data protection regulations.
