Deli24 Ltd is based at Mount Farm, near Bletchley and we operate a unique food processing business, using a highly innovative and unique manufacturing process known as High Pressure Processing. This is a form of preserving all kinds of food in the most effective way increasing product shelf life by up to 300% in comparison to traditional methods of food preservation.
Deli24 Ltd is the leading provider of HPP Processing in the UK and the demand for this process has been increasing year on year.
As a result of this growth, we now have an opportunity for a person who is experienced in supporting a variety of key manufacturing processes to join our Company. These will include operating machines, completing paperwork, and carrying out product checks.
The business operates Monday to Friday only, and employees work on a rotating early and late shift. Hours are 6.00am to 2.00pm and 2:00pm to 10:00pm. There is 1 half hour paid break each shift, guaranteeing you a minimum of 40 hours pay per week.
There is the availability of overtime, which we pay at a premium rate of time and a half.
We do not operate at weekends or Bank Holidays.
After starting your employment, you will be trained on all our internal operations and given the opportunity to train across all key areas of the business.

Whist we are a food processing business previous experience in working with food is not a requirement, however an ability to demonstrate that you are capable of carrying out periodic checks and ensuring that paperwork is completed accurately and on time is important. Also you need to be numerically adept with good Maths and also English which will be assessed during your interview should you be selected.
Our premises are temperature controlled, so you must be happy to work in a chilled environment. All workwear is provided by the Company to you, we pay weekly, and we have a friendly work-place.
