We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Collective Actions team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting a complex and high-profile collective action case.
Key responsibilities:

Supporting senior fee earners with the progression of a complex collective action matter

Managing client onboarding and eligibility checks

Handling client communications via email in a professional and timely manner

Maintaining and updating case data accurately using Excel and case management systems

Assisting with data analysis, administration, and ongoing case support

Ensuring compliance with firm processes and procedures
About you:

Previous paralegal or legal support experience desirable

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Excel and managing large volumes of data

Excellent written communication skills
-
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
