We're looking for a new Bar Team Member to join us here at The Shakespeare Inn!

Responsibilities
- Greet guests and take their drink orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and serve beverages, adhering to all food safety standards and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring a safe environment for all staff and customers
- Manage cash register operations accurately, including handling payments and giving correct change using basic math skills
- Restock bar supplies to ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service, supporting each other in fast-paced moments
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude to engage positively with guests and team members
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a lively setting
- A friendly, energetic attitude that fosters a welcoming atmosphere for all customers
Location
We're located in Welford-on-Avon on Chapel street.
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
