TMA Property Maintenance are currently seeking Kitchen Fitters / Multi-traders for a large social housing contracts based in the Midlands that provide homes and services that help people to live independently. Responsibilities:
Kitchen Fitting
Bathrooms
level access/wetroom experience ideal but not essential.
Plumbing
Tiling
Carpentry
Ability to work on ladders, heights etc
Repair leaks, replacing bathroom, kitchen taps, mixer showers;
Carpentry – Making Good;
Renewing waste pipes, syphons, inlet valves, baths, sinks, basins, bath panels, pumps and tiling;
Local Authority or Social Housing Experience preffered as you will be working in occupied properties.
Requirements:
Own tools;
Full UK driving licence;
Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining high standard;
Plumbing;
Painting & decorating;
Carpentry;
On site working hours - Mon-Fri 8-4
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Pay: £20.00-£22.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
