We're looking for experienced Composite Boat Builders and Laminators to join our growing team, working on a diverse range of high-performance marine projects. Whether your experience comes from racing yachts, superyachts or commercial vessels, we'd love to hear from you.

- 60ft Carbon Canting Keel Racing Yacht
- 100ft Bluewater Cruising Catamaran Refit
- Multiple 80ft Composite Commercial Vessels
- Supply of composite panels and structures to boatbuilders across Europe
Composite Boat Builders
We're looking for people with experience in lightweight composite construction, including:
- Carbon fibre
- Racing yachts
- Superyachts
- Commercial composite vessels
Laminators
Experience in any of the following is highly desirable:
- Prepreg laminating
- Resin infusion
- Vacuum bagging
- Wet lay-up
- Vacuum table panel production
- High-quality hand lay-up
What We're Looking For
- Proven composite boatbuilding or laminating experience
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Health & Safety conscious
- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
Pay & Career Opportunities
- Permanent and self-employed opportunities available
- PAYE rates from £16.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Subcontractors - Up to £29.00 per hour for experienced Carbon Composite Boat Builders with leadership experience
- Subcontractors - Up to £25.00 per hour for experienced Laminators with prepreg and infusion experience
