Barista/Team member
Job Details:
- Salary: including holiday pay and card tips, *cash tips are on top of the above pay
- Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Main Responsibilities:
- Operational management of the café, including preparation of coffee ,beverages and patisseries.
- Monitoring daily operations to ensure efficiency.
- Customer service management, including food and beverage service.
- Direct reporting to the Managers and Store Managers on quality and control matters.
Requirements:
- Experience as barista in cafés (minimum 2 years).
- Skills in coffee and food service.
- Fluent English language skills.
