Join JGG Automotive as a Technician specialising in BMW and MINI vehicles. Based in Lincoln, you will play a key role in providing top-tier servicing and diagnostics for luxury vehicles while developing your expertise within our dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle diagnostics using dealer-level equipment to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on BMW and MINI models following manufacturer standards.
- Utilise diagrams and technical information, hand tools, power tools, and specialist equipment to carry out repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed service records for each vehicle.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.
- Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle’s condition and required work.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience working with BMW or MINI vehicles is highly desirable but not essential.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive technical information.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required.
- Relevant automotive qualifications or certifications are preferred.
