You'll work alongside the Health & Wellbeing Manager to develop adult fitness activities and grow the Active Fitness Brand at Circadian Trust.

Plan and deliver group exercise programmes that inspire and motivate

Lead and coordinate Health & Wellbeing Advisors and Group Exercise Coaches

Maintain high service standards across all fitness facilities

Drive the development of innovative fitness offerings

Recognised NVQ Level 2/3 Fitness Qualification or equivalent

Genuine passion for health and fitness that motivates everything you do

Excellent customer care and communication skills

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
