What you’ll be doing

What do we need from you?
2–3 years’ retail leadership experience in Magnet
Passion for people, service, and commercial growth
Strong leadership that motivates and empowers
Creative flair and flexibility across working patterns
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
