Here at Tinklers Yamaha we are a Yamaha dealership based in North Walsham selling a full Off-Road range including Motocross bikes, Quad bikes all the way through to a Waverunner. We require a Technician to join our team. In our long established and successful family run business.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess a can-do attitude, be an outstanding team player, have excellent attention to detail, be self-motivated and time managed. Together with good communication skills and able to work with a degree of flexibility according to the needs of your team and be committed to the process and possess a sound level of technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Yamaha's and diagnose faults.
- Carry out Pre Delivery Inspection checks in line with Franchised Standards.
- Carry out servicing in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain good customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal
- appearance and adhere to relevant health and safety procedures.
- Participate in general development through attendance at training sessions either off site or online within the business premises.
Essential
The applicant will have skills in all aspects of Motorcycle repairs and servicing including, but not limited to, diagnostics and electronics.
Desirable
- An MOT testing licence would be a benefit but is not essential.
Working hours
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8am till 5:30pm
Saturday 8am till 1pm
Thursday Closed
Sunday Closed
