As Neighbourhood continues to develop, we’re looking for a friendly, experienced and flexible Barista & Café Team Member to join our team.
This is a varied role which includes barista duties, customer service and food preparation. The successful candidate may also work across our locations to provide additional support and cover when required, so flexibility is important.

Job Responsibilities
- Crafting high-quality coffees and drinks with care, including latte art
- Delivering friendly, welcoming customer service
- Preparing simple café food items
- Maintaining high food hygiene standards
- Keeping the café and food preparation areas clean and organised
- Keeping on top of stock and helping with day-to-day café operations
- Working as part of a small, supportive team
- Providing support and cover across our locations when required
We’re Looking For
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Confidence preparing espresso-based drinks and latte art
- Previous café, kitchen or hospitality experience
- Comfortable with basic food preparation
- A positive attitude and genuine love for coffee, food and great customer service
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach
- Reliable, organised and able to work well independently
- Flexibility to work across different locations when required
