- Liaising with operations to ensure tasks are raised and tracked through the correct processes.
- Preparing and presenting project Governance Documents and SLA reports for customer reviews.
- Logging and escalating incidents in line with our internal process.
- Maintaining accurate customer and contract data in HubSpot, including renewal forecasting.
- Supporting Service Delivery Managers in producing quotes and proposals.
- Building a working knowledge of our compliance system, customer configurations, and reporting tools.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you’ll be representing us to customers every day.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, account management, or co-ordination role.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Experience using a CRM system (HubSpot experience is a bonus, but not essential).
What We Offer
- A supportive team environment with structured onboarding and a clear development plan.
- Exposure to a range of interesting customers across housing, NHS, and other sectors.
- Opportunities to grow your knowledge of compliance, energy, and sustainability - a fast-moving and important sector.
- Competitive salary, reviewed regularly as you progress.
- The chance to make a genuine difference to the customers we serve.
