Roofing EstimatorIn-House / Part-Time / Subcontract
Due to continued growth, Keay Roofing & Maintenance Services are looking for an additional Roofing Estimator to support our expanding project workload.
About Us
We are a family-run, owner-led roofing contractor with over 16 years of experience, working across London and the Home Counties.
We have an established client base consisting of household names, property professionals, developers and private clients, delivering projects across heritage, luxury residential, new-build and commercial roofing.
Despite our continued growth, we remain a friendly, close-knit, family-run business, with the opportunity to work directly alongside the owners and management team.
The Role
The successful candidate will assist with:
- Pitched and flat roofing estimates
- Leadwork estimating
- Drawing and roof take-offs
- Material quantities
- Labour rates and project costing
- Reviewing specifications and tender information
- Preparing accurate quotations and cost breakdowns
Who We're Looking For
We are open to an experienced estimator, recently qualified estimator or ambitious intern looking to develop their experience within the roofing and construction industry.
Previous roofing knowledge would be beneficial, particularly across pitched, flat and lead roofing, although we are happy to consider candidates with a strong estimating background who are keen to develop their specialist knowledge.
