Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified self employed Level 3/4 Beauty Therapist to join our professional team. The successful candidate will deliver a wide range of beauty treatments, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism. Duties
- Perform various beauty treatments including:
- facials
- waxing including intimate waxing,
- Body Massage
- Laser Hair removal
- Advanced facials – dermaplaning, electrical facials, etc
- SPMU desirable
- Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products
- Maintain a clean, organised treatment room in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and comfortable throughout their appointment
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services
Skills
- Proven experience as a Level 3/4 Beauty Therapist with relevant qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain treatments and advice to clients
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, for clear client interactions
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times
- Ability to work flexibly within a team environment while managing individual appointments efficiently
