Working Hours - 35 - Mon - Fri 9 - 5 (1 hour lunch)
· Following up leads from people who have contacted the firm with employment law issues.
· Capturing personal data and taking a detailed summary of the issue with the employer
· Considering whether callers meet some pre-defined criteria
· Informing people, with empathy, who do not meet the criteria that we are unable to assist
· Admin Tasks including management of an busy Outlook account and updating an excel spreadhseet
