We are an independently owned, traditional British restaurant with rooms seeking an enthusiastic Front of House Staff. We are renowned as a high quality, well run establishment and we are growing.
As either a full or part time colleague you are an important member of the team. You will have contact with the customer during every part of their experience with us, be it in the bar, restaurant or accommodation.
On each shift it is vital that you implement and maintain high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include:
- Being a team player on each shift
- Showing customers to their tables or rooms
- Presenting customer with menus, answering questions about dishes and making recommendations
- Serving food and beverages to customers
- Checking on customers and rectifying any issues
- Restocking and ordering supplies at the beginning and end of each shift
You must be able to work flexible shifts (5 days out of 7) including weekends. Salary or hourly rate if part time is competitive depending upon experience.
