Makars has two busy restaurants on the Mound just off the Royal Mile, which allows for variety as we work across both venues.
This position will offer Full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) giving any individual a work/life balance. As CDP, you will be offered £15.40ph plus 12.06% holiday pay, and amazing tips of between £100 and £200 (Equally shared between FOH/BOH) paid each week.
