Pola is a fast-growing, award-winning real fruit ice pop brand based in Nottingham. We supply customers nationwide and are expanding into wholesale and retail. We're looking for a reliable, friendly and organised Customer Service & Community Assistant to help us deliver an outstanding customer experience as we grow.
The Role
This is an office-based role at our Sherwood, Nottingham office.
Working closely with the Founder, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to enquiries and helping support the day-to-day running of the business. As a small and growing company, you'll also have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of operational and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer emails (delivery issues, damaged items, product queries, nutritional questions)
- Processing returns and generating replacement shipping labels
- Forwarding wholesale, media or non-customer enquiries to the Founder
- Responding to social media comments and messages
- Replying to customer reviews where appropriate
- Flagging recurring issues or trends
- Supporting with general administrative tasks as required

- An interest in food, health brands or e-commerce is a bonus
Hours & Pay
- Approximately 12 hours per week
- Monday (8:00am–12:00pm), Wednesday (9:00am–1:00pm), Friday (9:00am–1:00pm)
- Shift lengths may occasionally be slightly longer or shorter depending on workload
- National Living Wage (rate dependent on age)
- Some flexibility may be required during peak summer months
