About This Role
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support a baby boy in his warm and loving family home. He has complex medical needs and requires calm, attentive care throughout the night. Your role will be essential in ensuring his safety, comfort, and wellbeing at all times.
As a valued member of our night care team, you will provide high-quality clinical and specialist support, including tracheostomy care, NG feeding, safe moving and handling, and personal care. You will also help maintain his sleep and settling routines, offering gentle reassurance, age-appropriate interaction, and a nurturing presence to promote his emotional and physical comfort.
We are seeking carers who are patient, observant, and confident in delivering both clinical and nurturing care. You should be calm, attentive, and able to respond promptly to any changes in his condition, while remaining committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support.

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.
The specific clinical competencies required for our client are:
- PEG/NG tube feeding Ventilation Tracheostomy care
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
- Have the right to work in the UK*
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
- Be comfortable with dogs.
