TPT Retirement Solutions are looking for a proactive PMO Support Analyst to work across our PMO and project teams, to ensure projects stay well governed, on track and delivered to agreed standards.
At TPT, you’ll join a collaborative team focused on clear communication, continuous improvement and delivering positive outcomes for our members and customers.
What you’ll do:
Support project managers with day-to-day project activity, coordinating meetings, governance and reporting.
Maintain project documentation, including RAID logs, PID, business cases, action logs, status reports and plans.
Co-ordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder sessions, ensuring clear actions and outputs.
Support resource planning, milestone tracking and high-quality steering group reporting.
Identify and escalate risks that could affect delivery, cost, time or quality.
Work in line with TPT’s information security and data protection requirements.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
Committed to high level of organisation, administration and attention to detail.
Confidence co-ordinating stakeholders, meetings and project updates.
Understanding of project governance, documentation and controls.
Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, budgets, resources and high-quality outputs.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including reporting and presenting information.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Project is desirable).
A proactive, professional and supportive approach, with a focus on service quality and improvement.
