Queensbridge Specialist Respite Service is looking for an inspirational leader to manage our specialist respite service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. About the Role
As Registered Manager, you'll provide leadership and day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred support whilst maintaining compliance with CQC standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating and developing a dedicated staff team.
- Delivering outstanding, person-centred care and support.
- Maintaining CQC compliance and quality standards.
- Promoting Positive Behavioural Support and safeguarding best practice.
- Building strong relationships with families, professionals and commissioners.
- Managing staffing, budgets and service performance.
- Driving continuous improvement and creating a positive team culture.
About You
You will be an experienced leader with:
- Previous Registered Manager experience within adult social care.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care (or equivalent).
- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding and person-centred care.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
