Responsibilities

- Oversee financial management tasks such as budgeting, expense tracking, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Manage human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations to support staff growth and engagement.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective communication, scheduling, and logistical planning for organizational initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements related to administration and personnel management.
- Oversee vendor relationships and procurement processes to secure necessary services and supplies efficiently.

- Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Strong management skills with a focus on strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Expertise in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
- Knowledge of human resources practices such as recruitment, employee development, and conflict resolution.
- Experience working within or understanding of veterinary or animal care environments is a plus.
