Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms to uphold high standards of hygiene.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms to ensure a pristine environment for all visitors.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are consistently met.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient workspace.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or required by management.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and uphold the property’s cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Prior hotel experience or hospitality background is highly preferred.
- Experience in janitorial services or professional cleaning roles is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
