Stratton & Hesler Ltd are looking for site-based carpenters and carpentry gangs for new-build housing work in the Burgess Hill / Haywards Heath area (RH15 8RA). Work may include 1st fix, 2nd fix, finals and stairs.
This is priced work only. It is not a daywork role unless separately agreed. Packages/rates will be agreed direct based on plots, scope and experience.
Site carpenters only. New-build housing experience preferred. This is not domestic, handyman, kitchen-fitting-only, bespoke joinery or private-house work.
You must have:
- CSCS card
- Own tools
- Own transport / van
- UTR / CIS details
- Ability to work from drawings
- Ability to work to a site programme
- 1st fix, 2nd fix, finals and/or stairs experience
Local Sussex, Surrey and South London gangs preferred. Possible long run of work for the right gangs. No agencies.
