We are currently seeking a diligent and experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to join our dynamic legal team. As a key member of our firm, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of personal injury claims, providing exceptional legal support and advice/regular updates to our clients.
Responsibilities:
· Manage a caseload of Low Value OIC personal injury claims from inception to completion.
· Liaise with clients, insurers, and other professionals to gather evidence and information necessary for claims.
· Provide advice and guidance to clients throughout the claims process.
· Prepare legal documents, including court forms, witness statements, and correspondence.
· Negotiate settlements and handle discussions with third parties, insurers, and legal representatives.
· Keep abreast of changes in personal injury law and ensure compliance with legal regulations and protocols.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management and billing records.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Personal Injury Fee Earner or similar role within a legal setting.
· Strong knowledge of personal injury law and regulations.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently and effectively.
· Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
· Proficient in case management software and MS Office Suite.
· The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
