Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel by providing exceptional guest services and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Duties
- Maintain cleanliness, security and organisation in public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and entrances.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Using Operating systems and online booking engines for directing and checking in guests
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on guest services and customer satisfaction.
- Basic computing skills, training is provided on specific booking systems.
