Mobile Response Officer (Full-Time)

The Role
Using one of our fully equipped company vehicles, you'll be responsible for protecting our clients' premises and responding to incidents professionally and efficiently.
Your duties will include:
- Alarm response and keyholding
- Mobile security patrols
- Opening and locking commercial premises
- Vacant property inspections
- Scheduled site inspections and welfare checks
- Providing a professional and reassuring presence for our clients
- Completing accurate reports using company systems
Hours
- Guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week
- 10 to 12-hour shifts
- A mixture of day, night and weekend shifts
- Additional overtime and holiday cover regularly available
What We're Looking For
The successful applicant will have:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence
- A full, clean UK driving licence - Manual license
- Previous experience in mobile patrols or keyholding (minimum one year preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Good knowledge of Hemel Hempstead and the surrounding areas
- A flexible and reliable approach to shift work
- Residence within a reasonable travelling distance of Hemel Hempstead
