Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Manage tables efficiently, ensuring guests have a positive experience.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
- Proven experience in restaurant serving or hospitality roles.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for order accuracy.
- Previous experience is a plus but not essential.
