The Homesafe Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Client Care Administrator to join our team. Our offices are based in Haslingden, Rawtenstall (close to both M65 and M66).
The Homesafe Group, which incorporates Ecotect Engineering Ltd and Homesafe Fire Servicing Ltd, provide fire suppression solutions to businesses and homeowners, in addition to full servicing and maintenance. As Client Care Administrator you will be first point of contact for both tenants and homeowners, along with housing associations and property management companies.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and co-ordinating, annual inspections and repairs as necessary.
- Checking availability of resources and scheduling appointments in advance for larger housing and apartment complexes.
- Scheduling engineers works on a weekly basis, uploading relevant information and documentation to internal systems.
- Ordering materials, parts and equipment as needed.
- Liaising with engineers, clients and internal teams.
- Following up any “out of hours” call out jobs.
- Completing follow-up paperwork, reports and certifications as required and under instruction from the Client Care Manager.
- Processing invoices for completed works.
- Addressing concerns and any complaints, with professionalism, using clear communication skills.
- Providing administrative support to the Sales Director – recording incoming enquiries, preparing paperwork for quoting and issuing internal team notifications regarding new projects.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Strong IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Previous administration experience (maintenance or construction would be preferred)
- Customer Service experience with strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Understanding of job scheduling and paperwork, with knowledge of health and safety and risk assessments advantageous.
- Good time management and prioritising skills
- Enthusiastic and proactive, with the ability to adapt priorities and meet the demands of the role.
